How long do charcoals last?

Charcoal Tip of the week:

Both Nakhla Quicklight and Five Star Charcoals have the unique easy-light feature,Nakhla Quicklights last on average of 35min and Five Star last approximately 50 min. Breaking the charcoal in Half will cut the time in half, for those shorter smokes.

    Hey ILOVEHOOKAH,
    The Five Star charcoal emit less smoke when lighting up. To minimize the smoke you should try lighting the charcoals on a stove top, while having the vent on.
